Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today highlighted that Teachers' Day is about appreciating the strong contribution of teachers to society. He added that it is also a day to pay homage to Dr. S. Radhakrishnan.

Furthermore, the Prime Minister shared glimpses of the interactions that took place when the National Teachers' Awards winners were invited to 7, Lok Kalyan Marg (LKM) yesterday.
