During the meeting, she directed the officials to ensure that public complaints are resolved within the stipulated timeframe and as per the rules. There should be no unnecessary delay in resolving complaints, and each complaint should be treated seriously and its status should be regularly monitored.
Following the video conferencing, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ayush Sinha directed the officials to ensure that complaints received through Samadhan Camps, CM Window, and other public grievance redressal channels are resolved on a priority basis.
