Chandigarh, October 7- Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatras and Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabhas are being organised across Haryana on the occasion of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi completing 25 years in public life. Through these programmes, the message of service, good governance, development and public welfare is being taken to people across the state.
Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatras are being taken out in various districts and Assembly constituencies of the state, with Cabinet Ministers, Members of Parliament, the Vidhan Sabha Speaker, MLAs and other public representatives participating and calling upon people to actively contribute to the resolve of making India a developed nation by 2047.
As part of this campaign, Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Sh. Harvinder Kalyan attended the Viksit Bharat Seva Sankalp Sabha organised at Agrasen Chowk in front of NDRI in Karnal on Wednesday as the chief guest. He said that this was not an ordinary programme, but an opportunity to draw inspiration from the Prime Minister’s 25 years of public service and take a resolve for service and nation-building. Every citizen should ensure his or her participation in making India a developed nation by 2047.

At a programme organised in Ambala district, Energy Minister Sh. Anil Vij said that Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi took oath as the Chief Minister of Gujarat in 2001 and has since completed 25 years of service in public life. A Seva Sankalp campaign is being organised across the country to mark the occasion. He said that service and resolve are interconnected, and every citizen should take a resolve to determine what contribution he or she can make towards the service of society and the nation.

At a programme organised in Kurukshetra district, Development and Panchayats Minister Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar, while addressing the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha and Seva Jyoti Yatra programme organised under the Seva Sankalp campaign at Keshav Park (Theme Park), said that Prime Minister’s 25-year journey of public service is an inspiration for the country. He said that October 7 is a day of special significance as Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi has completed 25 years of public service. He has dedicated his long life to the service of the country and society.
He said that the Prime Minister’s resolve is to make India a self-reliant and developed nation by 2047, and the Seva Jyoti Yatra and Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha have been organised to strengthen this resolve. We all have to work together to realise this dream. Viksit Bharat will be built through service, resolve and public participation, he said.

At a programme organised in Panipat, Education Minister Sh. Mahipal Dhanda, while addressing the Seva Jyoti Rath Yatra programme, said that India is continuously moving forward towards creating a new identity in the world on the strength of its capabilities and potential. The resolve to make the country a developed nation is not only that of the government, but of every citizen.
He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, service, good governance and public participation have been made the foundation of development, giving impetus to development works in the country.

During a programme in Faridabad, Union Minister of State Sh. Krishan Pal Gurjar and Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Sh. Vipul Goel participated in the Seva Jyoti Yatra programme. Sh. Vipul Goel, praising the policies of the Prime Minister, said that the Central Government has brought transparency and changes in the system and worked to ensure that development funds reach the people directly.

In Sonipat, Cooperation Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma said that the completion of 25 years of Prime Minister’s public service is an important occasion for the country. He said that in the Prime Minister’s working style, priority has been given to taking the benefits of schemes to the person standing in the last row of society and to the spirit of public service.
He said that the Seva Jyoti Yatra is not merely a journey, but a medium to take the resolve of service, good governance, welfare of the poor, women’s empowerment, farmers’ interests and Viksit Bharat to every section of society. He called upon workers to reach every household through the yatra and make people aware of public welfare schemes and service activities.

In Yamunanagar, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Sh. Shyam Singh Rana said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. He said that the objective of the Seva Sankalp campaign is to ensure that the benefits of public welfare schemes and services reach every section of society, besides connecting people with nation-building and social concerns.

In Hisar, Public Health Engineering Minister Sh. Ranbir Gangwa welcomed the Seva Jyoti Rath Yatra. Congratulating the Prime Minister on completing 25 years in public life, he said that the Prime Minister has enhanced the pride of the country and the state and charted a new direction for development during his public life.
He said that as the Chief Minister of Gujarat and thereafter while leading the country, the Prime Minister has given India a new identity at the global level. Under his leadership, the expansion of roads and highways and the construction of new airports, medical colleges, hospitals and other infrastructure facilities have gained momentum.

In Jind, Social Justice, Empowerment, SCs & BCs Welfare and Antyodaya (SEWA) Minister Sh. Krishan Kumar Bedi said that the objective of the Seva Sankalp campaign is not merely to provide information about government schemes to the general public, but to connect every section of society with the mainstream of development through service, good governance and public participation.
He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, the country is moving towards the goal of Viksit Bharat-2047, and this resolve will get a strong foundation only through public participation. He said that several schemes and programmes are being implemented for the welfare of the poor, farmers, women, youth, workers and deprived sections. Service is the greatest strength of society, and when the administration, public representatives and the general public work together, development works gain momentum, he said.
At the same programme in Jind, Haryana Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker Dr. Krishan Lal Middha said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the state government is continuously working for all-round development and better facilities for the people. He said that Viksit Bharat is not only the government’s goal but the resolve of every citizen, which can be realised through collective efforts in education, health, cleanliness, women’s empowerment, employment, skill development, environmental protection and social harmony. He called upon the youth to play an active role in nation-building.

In Bhiwani, Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Shruti Choudhry said that the Prime Minister has called upon the people of the country to realise the resolve of Viksit Bharat and remain continuously engaged in the service of the nation.
She said that during his 25 years of public service, the Prime Minister has taken several important decisions in the national interest. She said that national interest was given priority through several decisions, including the abrogation of Article 370, the construction of the Ram Temple and Operation
Sindoor.
She said that the Prime Minister has continuously worked to strengthen the country’s infrastructure, safeguard farmers’ interests, empower women and ensure that the benefits of schemes reach the person standing in the last row of society.

In Mandi Ateli, Health Minister Ms. Arti Singh Rao welcomed the Seva Jyoti Rath Yatra and flagged it off for Narnaul. She said that the objective of the Seva Jyoti Yatra is to take the message of service, development and public welfare to every section of society.
She said that the participation of every citizen is important in taking forward the resolve for the development of the country and public service. There was special enthusiasm among workers and residents when the yatra reached Ateli.
Haryana Bureau of Public Enterprises Chairman Sh. Mohan Lal Badoli also attended the district-level Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha and Seva Jyoti Yatra programme organised at Government PG Nehru College in Jhajjar as the chief guest.
He said that the dream of Viksit Bharat can be realised only when every citizen considers it a personal resolve and participates in nation-building. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the spirit of public welfare is continuously gaining momentum in the country and the state.
He said that service has always been accorded the highest place, and this very spirit inspires us towards patriotism. Service is not limited to helping a person in need; it also means honestly discharging one’s responsibilities towards society and the nation.
He said that the Seva Jyoti Yatra is a medium to take the spirit of service, dedication and patriotism to every section of society.
